Position Summary The Senior Director, Donor Services will be responsible for the operational oversight for blood collections in their respective geographical footprint. This individual will have direct responsibility for donor services, mobile recruitment, and the local execution of field marketing. In addition, this role influences scheduling, planning, and other channels of donor recruitment. Total Rewards Package CompensationThe target salary is based on internal averages.
