Job Details Requirements: Admitted to practice law in New York 4 + years of commercial real estate experience Experience with acquisitions, financings, and leasing Experience representing nonprofits or developers in tax-credit and affordable housing transactions Well-versed in negotiating JVs, lender agreements, and complex real estate contracts Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
