Minimum Pay$0.00Compensation will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience.JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Construction Education department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic HVAC Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom/lab experience to enhance workplace understanding and performance.Responsible for teaching a full range of HVAC courses.8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journey-worker status.OR4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate’s degree in career field.OR2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor’s degree in the discipline or in a related discipline.Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH)May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses.A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process.Hiring process includes passing a background check.The specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all inclusive.
