Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Big Spring TX

Pay Rate:

$32/hour

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week
Every other weekend off

Contract Length:

6-month commitment

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care in a structured clinical setting. The LVN will support patient treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
Educate patients on medications and care plans
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Perform computer data entry (training provided)
Ensure compliance with facility Standard Operating Procedures
Adhere to Joint Commission, CMS, BSH, and HHSC standards and guidelines

Requirements:

Active LVN license
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Ability to follow protocols and maintain compliance standards
