Description Seeking a full-time surgeon to hold a 0.5 FTE general surgery + 0.5 FTE trauma/critical care surgery role at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital Join 8 other surgeons in a well-established group at a level III-N trauma center Call rotation: 1:4 weekends and 2-3 night calls per month, 15 minute call response time requirement Bread and butter general surgery, endoscopy, trauma, and foregut cases 24/7 inpatient APP support Dedicated Trauma Resource Nurse Approximately 1,200 trauma admissions per year Competitive salary Starting bonus/Student Loans/Retention Bonus /Stipend/Relocation Bonus Generous Benefits package inclusive of time away pay, CME, and wellness offerings to support work life balance Epic EMR System OhioHealth Physician Leadership Institute and Development Curriculum Physician leadership approach that offers system support for all our providers Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in general surgery/critical care, trauma/critical care fellowship preferred.
