Part of the power and hope that comes from a wish is keeping the child focused on it every step of the way. This gives them light in their darkest hours and helps them believe in better days ahead. As a Wish Consultant, you will help elevate their wish experience thorough your industry expertise. Wish Consultant Role Work hand-in-hand with the wish granting staff, providing guidance and advice on a particular wish based in your industry. Collaborate with the wish child and staff on bringing their wish idea to life. Commit to a minimum of one 30-minute video call with the wish child to discuss their wish and vision. Share your experience and passion of your industry with the wish child. We believe this will be a great way to ensure the child stays hopeful, inspired, and excited about their wish! Provide discounted or donated services, materials or labor towards the wish. Help Wanted- Industries and Expertise Custom VIP experiences Gaming computers-building custom gaming setups Exterior and interior construction Electrical and installation work Electronics- educating wish children on new products Trailers/campers Music Swimming pools Wish Consultants Add Value Wish Consultants are an important part of the team that makes the wish happen. They support Make-A-Wish staff. As experts in their field, they can give guidance on specific wish types. They can be liasions between staff and vendors as specialized purchases are considered. They can provide updates on rules/regulations/trends in their field connected to the wish child's request. They help to offset the cost of a wish with discounts, in-kind donations and valuable connections.
