Dietitian Job Summary: Alaris Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our team at our City of Orange, NJ facility. As a Dietitian at Alaris Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of resident nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans to meet those needs Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place for each resident Educate residents, families, and staff on proper nutrition and meal planning techniques Monitor and document resident intake and progress, making adjustments as necessary Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of food and nutritional products Stay current with industry trends and best practices in dietetics, attending conferences and workshops as needed Requirements: Certificate in dietetics or a related field 1 year of experience in a dietetics or related field Valid registration as an RD (Registered Dietitian) or RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) What We Offer: Competitive salary (to be determined) and a comprehensive benefits package Full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Regular feedback and coaching to help you succeed in your role #J-18808-Ljbffr Alaris Health
