Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 annually + performance-based bonus

Work Schedule: Full-time | Standard Business Hours | Field-Based

Job Description:

The Tree Care Branch Manager will oversee all operational, financial, and personnel functions for a commercial tree care branch. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining profitability, and leading teams in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all branch operations, including scheduling, project execution, staffing, and customer service.
• Maintain ownership of branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and expense management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and B2B clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Conduct client site visits, assess property needs, and recommend tree care solutions.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
• Manage work order processes and oversee operational workflows from project initiation through completion.
• Partner with business development teams to support client retention and growth initiatives.
• Ensure accurate project documentation is submitted to support invoicing, billing, and collections activities.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop branch employees while fostering a positive, safety-first culture.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
• Promote ethical business practices and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
• Proven experience managing a tree care, arboriculture, landscaping, or similar service-based branch operation.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with responsibility for branch financial results, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Previous employee management experience , including leadership of field crews, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Experience running a franchise, branch, regional operation, or business unit within the tree care industry.
• Strong commercial/B2B client management experience.
• Successful track record in sales, account management, business development, or growing service-based operations.
• Experience with scheduling, work order management, project coordination, and operational planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
