Paid Training & Growth
No professional cleaning experience is required.
Training typically lasts 1-3 weeks with an experienced Happy Maids cleaning professional. We'll teach you our cleaning system, products, equipment, and the standards our clients have come to expect.
As your skills and experience grow, there are opportunities for increased pay and additional responsibilities.
What You'll Do
You'll clean residential homes throughout the Northwest Chicago suburbs, working with a partner on many homes and independently on smaller homes once you're trained.
Typical work includes:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dusting and cleaning surfaces
• Vacuuming and washing floors
• Detail cleaning such as baseboards and window sills
• Following client notes and cleaning instructions
• Communicating professionally with clients and our office

It's active, hands-on work, and you'll finish each day knowing you've helped make someone's home and life a little easier.
Schedule
Monday-Friday daytime hours - no nights or weekends.
Start times are typically between 7:00-9:00 a.m., with most team members finishing between 3:00-5:00 p.m.
We offer steady weekday work throughout the year, primarily caring for established recurring clients.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable driving between client homes

You must have:

• Reliable transportation
• A valid driver's license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check

We serve Huntley, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Cary, Barrington, Lake Zurich, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding Northwest Chicago suburbs.
