Overview The Rochambeau Roadside Inn is a 22-room boutique motel at the gateway to historic Colonial Williamsburg. We blend nostalgic roadside charm with modern design, creating a basecamp for guests exploring the Historic Triangle. We’re locally owned, independent, and proud to be part of this community. We’re looking for a Guest Experience Host to join our team part-time and help deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Manage the reception area during business hours (including some weekends) Welcome and check in guests, answer questions, and assist with requests Coordinate with vendors, check rooms/grounds for quality control Assist with inventory (food & beverage, linens, supplies) Keep records and incident reports organized Share local knowledge to help guests make the most of Williamsburg Learn our hotel system (CloudBeds) to keep things running smoothly Qualifications Prior experience in a customer facing role (hospitality, restaurant, or retail) Strong communication and problem-solving skills A guest-first mindset and professional, friendly approach Adaptability and teamwork Ability to work select scheduled weekend shifts Part-time, non-exempt Pay: Starting at $16/hr.
