Hiring: Medical Outcomes Manager

Job Type: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ months contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (candidate’s local time)

About the Role:

This position will support the North America Medical Affairs team with scientific and medical content development, HEOR, medical information, payer engagement, data analytics, and reporting . The role will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Account Management, Government Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scientific, clinical, HEOR, and educational materials

• Support payer presentations, advisory boards, and stakeholder engagements

• Assist with product dossiers, medical information responses, and evidence development

• Analyze field interaction data, customer insights, metrics, and trends

• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership summaries

• Ensure scientific materials and activities comply with applicable policies and requirements

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in a scientific, clinical, pharmacy, public health, health economics, data analytics, or related field

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in pharma, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences

• Experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Clinical Affairs, or Scientific Communications

• Strong scientific/medical writing, presentation, analytical, and project-management skills

• Ability to translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear, actionable content

Preferred: Experience with payer-facing initiatives, product dossiers, HEOR/value evidence, dashboards/CRM systems, Veeva Vault, diabetes/CGM, or medical devices.
