Behavioral Health Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting behavioral health case management, the contract Behavioral Health Coordinator will provide assistance to members and physicians, conduct research, schedule appointments, and perform data entry while working remotely from New Mexico. Key responsibilities Respond to inquiries and conduct outbound calls to support members and clinicians Schedule appointments and coordinate member needs across departments Perform data entry and resolve issues related to case management services Required qualifications 1 year of college and 2 years of experience with automated systems, or 3 years of experience with automated systems 1 year of experience with managed care systems Experience in coordinating member needs and providing assistance Knowledge of medical terminology Proficiency in database or PC applications
