Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. 5 years of experience in presentation design, information design, or visual communications. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Understanding of the Privacy, Safety, and Security domain. Expert proficiency with Google Slides, and a deep understanding of its advanced features for design and animation. Demonstrable mastery of visual design principles (typography, color, layout, hierarchy, etc.), and proficiency with Google genAI creative tools (veo, nanobana, flow, etc.) Figma, PowerPoint, and Keynote. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the communications design and production of all key presentations for the VP of PSS, from concept to final delivery. Produce presentation materials (photoshop, illustrator, figma, etc.). Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and high quality bar for all of VP-level communications. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and their team, attending meetings to understand the narrative goals and key messages, and then bringing those to life visually to ensure visual clarity and alignment. Translate complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slide decks and other visual assets.
