Welcome to Grand Canyon Veterinary Hospital, providing state of the art care to the Santa Clarita community since 2022. Every role here is essential to our success, whether you are a receptionist checking in an evening urgent care case, a kennel technician keeping our facility spotless, a vet tech assisting with advanced diagnostics, or a DVM leading surgical procedures. With our unique schedule operating from 10 AM to 11 PM every day, we handle everything from routine wellness to non-life-threatening urgent care, providing the onsite mentorship and educational resources everyone needs to grow their skills and advance their careers right here in our hospital.
Located on Soledad Canyon Road, working in Santa Clarita offers an amazing Southern California lifestyle just north of Los Angeles. Our extended hours offer great flexibility, giving you time to enjoy the area's beautiful weather and easy commutes outside of typical rush hours. We are specifically seeking an experienced veterinary Hospital Manager who has successfully led hospital operations, supported team stability, strengthened culture, and driven business performance in a veterinary practice setting.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
- A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.

- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
