Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work in  Huntingdon and Union:
    • Female client in Huntingdon Monday - Friday 6p-10p
    • Female client in Huntingdon Monday - Friday 8a-2p
    • Male client in Union Monday - Friday 2:30p-4:30p 
  • Schedule can be built for PT or FT availability
  • Ability to drive, walk, or take public transportation to clients home

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
  • Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
  • Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
  • Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
  • Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
  • Most importantly:  Be a friendly face and a steady presence
