Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable. Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed. Respond to work orders and provide top‑tier resident service. Support apartment turnovers. Participate in an on‑call rotation (1 week every 3rd week). Assist with snow removal when Kansas City weather demands. Qualifications EPA Certification is required. 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $28.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance. Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually. On‑Call Perks: $100 weekly on‑call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs.
