Allied Universal is seeking professional, highly motivated, and experienced Armed Cleared Security Officers to work at a secure facility in Aurora, Colorado. This position requires an active Secret Clearance and prior experience in military, law enforcement, armed security, or corrections . As an Armed Cleared Security Officer, you will be entrusted with sensitive information and responsible for protecting classified personnel, property, and assets within a high-security environment. Location: Aurora, CO Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour Officers are responsible for conducting access control operations for employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a secure and professional environment. Duties include monitoring and managing the front desk reception area, issuing and maintaining visitor and employee badges, and performing routine interior and exterior patrols of the facility. Officers will respond to alarms, incidents, and security concerns, accurately document observations and incidents, and enforce all site‑specific security procedures and company policies. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance, provide exceptional customer service, and demonstrate sound judgment while protecting personnel, property, assets, and classified information. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations, and directives for the viability of the site Greet guests and employees, assisting where appropriate; escort visitors and contractors, secure ingress and egress points, secure classified information Follow site‑specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and verbal communication; interact with client and/or other security personnel regarding order execution when appropriate Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms; act as a first responder in emergency situations and provide first aid as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment) Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment Must have a minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, or private armed security experience Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state) Must be a United States Citizen in order to obtain the required government clearance Must be able to articulate and write clear and concise incident or situation reports

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field
