Position Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality components to specification. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position Responsibilities: Operate machinery safely and efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure accuracy.Maintain production logs and records, including output and any rejected units.Perform equipment checks before use to ensure proper setup.Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.CNC or manual machining experience, strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) is beneficial for this position.Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail is necessary for this position.
