Position Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laminator to join its production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for measuring, cutting, positioning, and applying laminate to materials and components while maintaining established quality standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with basic hand tools, and able to accurately read a tape measure . Previous lamination experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in woodworking, cabinetry, construction, assembly, fabrication, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, position, and apply laminate according to production specifications.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure throughout the production process.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work orders, measurements, drawings, and production instructions.
• Inspect completed products for proper fit, appearance, dimensions, and overall quality.
• Identify defects or production issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Meet established daily production and quality expectations.
• Handle materials and components safely throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Work effectively with other production and manufacturing team members.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, construction, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and pass a tape measurer test
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow measurements and production specifications accurately.
• Ability to stand and work throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable transportation to Maryland Heights.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Must be dependable and able to consistently work the 5:30 AM start time .

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 5:30 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
