Role Summary
We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer (AI Tooling) to enhance the end-to-end experience of AI-powered development tools within a large enterprise environment.
This role focuses on improving developer workflows, usability, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools .

Role Summary
We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer (AI Tooling) to enhance the end-to-end experience of AI-powered development tools within a large enterprise environment.
This role focuses on improving developer workflows, usability, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools .
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to identify friction points in AI development tools
- Design and implement improvements in:
- Developer workflows
- Commands, templates, shortcuts, onboarding flows
- Enhance context engineering practices for AI-assisted tools
- Instrument usage and feedback to measure adoption and impact
- Create documentation, examples, and enablement content
- Support knowledge transfer and transition to steady-state teams
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (Intermediate/Senior level)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- Strong coding skills in:
- Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience building:
- Internal developer tools, SDKs, CLIs, or platform workflows
- Strong developer-centric mindset with feedback-driven improvements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA (mandatory)
- Background in:
- Developer Experience (DevEx)
- Platform Engineering / Internal Developer Platforms
- Experience with:
- LLM prompts, plugins, or AI tool customization
- Developer telemetry / observability (usage analytics, A/B testing)
- Financial services domain experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience)
