Responsibilities
- Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting
- Perform cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables for data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years' of relevant experience
- Works closely with the insurance brokers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong Risk Management
