Responsibilities Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process. Develop meaningful relationships with the community through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service. Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through genuine connections and timely responses. Maximize revenue through increased closing ratios and by exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Qualifications A subject‑matter expert who effectively and enthusiastically tours prospective residents. A sales professional able to maximize revenue and exceed occupancy targets.
