As a Senior Construction Superintendent, Commercial Superintendent, or General Superintendent, you will lead teams from mobilization through closeout while earning a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $150,000. This is an in-person opportunity in Mars Hill, North Carolina for an experienced builder who values accountability, collaboration, safety, and the satisfaction of delivering exceptional work.

What You Will Do:

• Lead day-to-day commercial construction operations, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, inspections, and site activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage project scopes, short-term schedules, punch out lists, and installation plans while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Champion QA/QC processes, review specifications, conduct field inspections, and resolve workmanship issues before they affect schedule, cost, or client expectations.
• Maintain a safety-first jobsite through OSHA-compliant practices, proactive hazard recognition, and consistent safety management leadership.
• Use Procore, Microsoft Project, reports, and project documentation to track progress, support cost management, and provide accurate field updates.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to anticipate challenges involving concrete, electrical, construction sequencing, and contract requirements.

What You Bring:

• You bring proven senior-level superintendent experience leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction coordination through closeout.
• You have strong construction management judgment and can confidently manage schedules, subcontractor performance, scope development, and changing field conditions.
• You hold OSHA 30 certification or have the ability to demonstrate equivalent, current safety leadership knowledge.
• You communicate professionally and decisively with owners, trade partners, inspectors, engineers, and internal project teams.
• You are skilled at reading plans and specifications, performing quality inspections, and driving punch list completion with urgency and attention to detail.

Preferred Technical Strengths:

• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, report generation, estimating, contract writing, and cost control will help you make an immediate impact.
• Knowledge of concrete, electrical installation, engineering coordination, and commercial building systems is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits:
