Production Operator

Production Operator Eastridge has partnered with a growing company seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The Production Operator will support daily operations by following established standards, ensuring quality output, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Pay Range: $16-$16.50/hr Essential Job Duties Perform daily production functions under direct supervision. Follow GMP standards, SOPs, Food Safety Standards, and workplace safety standards. Efficiently set up and operate all equipment within the assigned department. Meet daily production goals established by supervision. Perform accurate weights, measures, and quality checks. Complete all paperwork accurately, neatly, and correctly. Clean and maintain assigned work area and equipment. Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality. Display a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment. Follow directions with strong attention to detail. Willingness to assist in other areas as needed. Apply basic math and computer skills in daily tasks. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills. Competencies Effective communication skills. Strong time management skills. Mechanical aptitude.
