Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Ensure the availability and readiness of supplies and instrumentation for procedures.
• Serve as a key communicator with surgical teams and families during operations.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date physician preference cards and surgical protocols.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel and support staff in delivering patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license, with 2+ years of operating room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Proficiency in performing surgical procedures using DaVinci robotics.
• Experience in diverse surgical areas including general, ortho, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, and trauma.
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patient populations.
