Compensation Pay includes commission plus tips (based on a target of six pets per day) - ranging from $250 - $550 per day

Responsibilities At Bark & Mane (formerly Aussie Pet Mobile), we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets! Focus on providing one-on-one care to pups or cats while working independently in our grooming vans. Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom. Fall in love with grooming all over again - with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment. Requirements No degree is required; looking for experienced groomers with solid experience A strong work ethic and a positive attitude A team player with great customer service and communication skills Driving record to be reviewed Complete a background check Our 7-Day Hiring Process A phone call / phone screen within 24 hours Ride-along with an experienced groomer within 5 days An offer letter—and lunch with the owner—within 7-10 days Why Wait? No one has a Groomer First culture like we do! We take care of the van for you, including cleaning, gas, and maintenance. When you need supplies, just ask and you'll get them (including drinks/snacks in the van). If an animal is too challenging, you can make the call if the groom should be stopped.
