Entry Level Bi-lingual Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time or part-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their legacy. Will be required to acquire a General Lines Property & Casualty license and Life & Health License. With each license acquired, an increase in hourly wage and/or commission will be given. If not licensed.

Responsibilities

Minimum calls per day
Minimum quotes per day
Type 45wpm
Once license
Minimum sales per month
Create new customer files
Update customer files
Process customer payments and changes
Any other request by Supervisor

Requirements

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Prior Sales Experience. is a plus
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
