Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every guest interaction. Execute duties for specific areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Remain informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties; help set up the next shift. Stand for extended periods and work in a loud environment. Clearly communicate and quickly understand directions from guests, managers, and team members. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile. Enjoy creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
