Warehouse Associate

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $18.00/hour + Performance Bonus up to $4.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Inspect, verify, and prepare outgoing shipments for accurate and secure delivery
• Receive, unpack, and document incoming merchandise
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
• Label shipments and allocate products to designated locations or customer orders
• Build pallets and crates to ensure safe transportation of materials
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment according to safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory management and general warehouse operations as needed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Current forklift certification required
• Experience building pallets and crates
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive team attitude
• Steel-toe boots required
