Job Responsibilities: Guide and present Montessori activities to students Create a warm, loving, welcoming, pleasing and accepting environment Focus on the developmental needs of the students Supervise students during outside recess at all times Model positive behavior and show respect for students and families Perform daily cleaning duties such as wiping and cleaning tables and shelves, sweeping the classroom when necessary, and monitoring children's cubbies Prepare snacks and set the table for snack time Read stories to children Perform other assigned duties.
