Job Description Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs. Help develop a strategy utilizing various sourcing methods to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations. Qualify candidates through an intensive internal process before presenting the candidate to external clients; this includes phone, in-person, and virtual screenings. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best present open positions. Present as a “career coach” to assist in any and all ways for candidates throughout hiring. Provide extensive support throughout the onboarding and post-placement process. Consistently hit weekly and monthly metric expectations of outreach, screenings, placements, and more. Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure accurate documentation in CRM and ATS systems. Create your own book of business with an extensive number of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or client-facing. Highly driven, competitive work ethic with a strong ambition to achieve success. Excellent communication abilities with a natural talent for building meaningful relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for continuous learning and development. Goal oriented, proactive, and focused on delivering measurable results.
