What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' functional status using formal/informal testing.
• Develop goal-specific treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient needs.
• Implement and adjust therapy regimes, including exercise, modalities, and other interventions.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, pathology, and home exercises.
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides, ensuring quality care and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and promote community engagement in healthcare.

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan State License in Physical Therapy
• 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-focused approach
