Personal/ professional assistant

Job Description The Personal/Professional Assistant provides essential support to a team, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks with moderate independence. This role involves handling calendar management, client interactions, and expense tracking while occasionally running minor errands. The assistant will also contribute to moderate social media management and generate reports to help streamline team operations. A general awareness of the tattoo industry is beneficial in this position. Responsibilities Manage team calendars and coordinate appointments Serve as a communication liaison for internal and external contacts Track and organize expenses and financial documentation Prioritize and manage daily tasks to support team efficiency Generate reports to assist in workflow and project tracking Interact professionally with clients and team members Run minor errands sporadically as needed Assist with moderate social media management Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in administrative support High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Effective time management and multitasking abilities Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Problem-solving skills Customer service experience Some general awareness of the tattoo industry Personal vehicle required #J-18808-Ljbffr
