Job Description Join our artisan team as a Server, where you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional Mandarin artisanal noodle dining experience. You will greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu with thorough knowledge of our food and beverages, and ensure attentive, friendly service that encourages guests to return. This position offers the opportunity for growth into a team leader role within a dynamic team of servers. Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests by demonstrating genuine hospitality Guide guests through menu selections and utilize up-selling techniques to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using mobile handheld devices and collaborate with team members to deliver food and beverages Provide attentive, friendly service ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat visits Maintain professional appearance and demeanor throughout all shifts Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, standing and walking for the majority of your shift Required Qualifications Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Minimum age of 21 years Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift Working knowledge of up-selling techniques and menu item service delivery Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all business contacts Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays Proficient in written and oral English communication Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in restaurant service Company Description know.
