Email & Digital Communications Manager

Justin Alexander is looking for an Email & Digital Communications Manager to lead digital comms across email and partner with our Digital Product & Engineering team to support our websites, driving engagement across both our B2B wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. This role plays a critical part in delivering thoughtful, timely, and impactful communications that strengthen relationships with our retailer partners while elevating the customer experience for brides.

As part of our Marketing team, you'll own the planning, execution, and optimization of email communications while supporting website content and digital campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Digital Product & Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, and Creative to ensure every touchpoint is cohesive, effective, and delivers measurable results.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & Partnerships, you'll work closely with our Strategy Lead, Social Media & Content team, and other key stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns that support our global brands.

This position is based at our Springfield, NJ headquarters on a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the office.

What You'll Do

Communications

• Lead digital storytelling across email and web, developing consumer-facing and retailer-facing communications that are on-brand, timely, and aligned to key brand moments and company objectives
• Align B2B email and communications execution with the broader B2B comms strategy set by the Strategy Lead
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to craft and share relevant updates in a timely manner
• Partner with Global leads (EU and UK), to align on programming, ensuring a cohesive global output with regional nuances

Email

• Create and own email channel strategy for B2B and D2C audiences in partnership with the Director, executing against business and brand goals across retailer announcements, launches, incentives, campaign activations, and seasonal initiatives
• Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from concept through send, including asset coordination, QA, and scheduling
• Develop messaging and evolve formats for email that optimize engagement and drive incremental activity
• Own market and launch communications timelines, ensuring retailers receive timely updates on collections, order deadlines, styles at risk, discontinuations, and ship windows with enough lead time to act
• Collaborate with graphic design to optimize the look and feel of emails, elevating visual quality and evolving layouts into more effective designs
• Partner with Digital Product & Engineering and Sales to align the email calendar with business needs, launches, and key promotional moments
• Audit and evolve existing automated flows and build new, complex journeys based on customer behavior
• Take a data-led approach through Salesforce to identify new opportunities for storytelling, cross-selling, automation, dynamic content, and personalization
• Manage audience segmentation and list health by region, improving triggers, audience definitions and deliverability
• Own reporting across the email channel, tracking open rate, click through/click-to-open, revenue/orders influenced, portal activity, and unsubscribe rate, translating insights into recommendations for ongoing strategy
• Partner with the Director and EU leads to set benchmarks and performance targets, while managing a testing roadmap
• Partner with the Social Media & Content team to feature relevant content, including ongoing influencer spotlights
• Lead briefings for designers and the Social Media & Content team, translating campaign goals into clear creative and content direction
• Stay organized with Monday.Com to ensure cross-functional operational excellence

Web

• Support website optimization initiatives in partnership with the Digital Product & Engineering team, contributing content and copy that improves the consumer journey across key touchpoints
• Partner with Digital Product & Engineering and Product Teams to develop copy and content that ensures best sellers, new arrivals, and key launches are strategically surfaced and positioned across the website, aligning messaging with merchandising priorities and the broader marketing calendar during key seasonal moments
• Contribute web copy that supports SEO best practices, ensuring content is optimized for discoverability and organic growth

What You'll Bring

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing, with hands-on ownership of both writing and execution
• Background in the bridal industry a plus. You understand the retail landscape, the wholesale audience, and the seasonal rhythms of the business
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, and reporting
• Experience building and optimizing automated email journeys, from simple triggers to multi-step behavioral flows
• Experience working within Salesforce
• Comfortable analyzing email performance data and using it to shape content and segmentation decisions, with familiarity in basic testing frameworks
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You manage multiple sends without things falling through the cracks
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and translate strategy into execution
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and timelines are tight

Compensation & Benefits

This role has an anticipated base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks.
