Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Arkansas physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers are accepted. Experience with moderate productivity expectations: ability to manage ~60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits. Ability to treat middle-age, active patient population; some experience with pelvic health is a plus. Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.

Preferred Qualifications Previous outpatient clinic experience. Familiarity with productivity targets and efficient patient flow in high-volume clinics.

Assignment Details Shift Name: Days. Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule. OT approval required by director prior to working overtime hours. Float to other clinics: no.
