Responsibilities Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and positive manner. Engage with customers and prospective customers during promotional activities. Communicate information about products, services, and company initiatives. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional events, community activities, and outreach programs. Assist with presentations, promotional materials, and event displays. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Maintain organized records of outreach activities and customer interactions. Previous experience in public relations, communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
