Location: Scottsdale, AZ About Firm A well-established and growing mid-sized law firm is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join its Scottsdale, Arizona office. The firm is looking to add attorneys across its HOA, Real Estate, and Probate Litigation practice groups due to both strategic growth and succession planning. Position Highlights Hybrid work schedule after the first 90 days (1–2 remote days per week) Multiple openings across HOA, Real Estate, and Probate Litigation Low annual billable requirement (1,200–1,500 hours) Opportunity to manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Collaborative, attorney-focused culture with strong leadership support Competitive compensation, profit sharing, and excellent benefits Unlimited PTO with an emphasis on work-life balance Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from case inception through trial or resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Advise clients on litigation strategy and case developments Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service Qualifications Minimum +1 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following practice areas: HOA Litigation Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Prior law firm experience preferred Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $195,000–$225,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
