About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider Home InstaCare, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide Urgent/Insta Care services to patients in their home.

This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable, a competitive salary, and an $18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive.

Your home base will be Clinic Wynn this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via your personal vehicle.

Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days/week.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ Years Experience as a practicing Advanced Practice Provider
• Highly reliable insured personal vehicle, clean and in excellent repair
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59
