Business Analyst

Develop project plans, define project goals, scope, budget, and timeline, and create project schedules and timelines.

Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and to identify and mitigate risks.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, team members, and vendors, to ensure their needs are met.

Coordinate the implementation of M365 applications with IT operations, including scheduling, testing, and deployment.

Establish and maintain communication channels between project stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information exchange.

Monitor project progress and report on the project's status, including budget, timeline, and deliverables, to stakeholders.

Manage changes to project scope, budget, and timeline, and ensure project teams are informed and adapt to new requirements.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

Complete project deliverables, perform project evaluation, and close out the project by ensuring all loose ends are tied up, and stakeholders are satisfied.

Evaluate project success and identify opportunities for improvement, including process improvements.
