Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Oncology for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves working independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term patient goals.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Oncology – Travel include:

• Meet expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers

Requirements of the RN – Oncology – Travel include:

• BLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
