Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize customer vehicles throughout the shop and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle intake and delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any visible damage or concerns.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop, lot, and customer areas.
• Support technicians and service advisors with vehicle transportation and other operational tasks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards and hazardous waste handling requirements.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a porter, lot attendant, detailer, car washer, valet, or in a similar automotive role preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Dependable, positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable using tablets or computers for basic shop software and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Safely enter and exit a variety of vehicle types.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a brisk pace in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Use a computer or mobile device for basic tasks and communication.
