Director of Housekeeping/Maintenance - LTC
Located in Stamford, CT
Salary: $70K - $85K; Depending On Experience

Qualifications:

Must have long-term care experience
Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping in long-term care
Must be extremely hands-on
Must have excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations

Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping/Maintenance Director is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility
Hands on maintenance is a must
Must be able to communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
Must be knowledgeable of laundry practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing laundry functions in the long-term care facility.
