Job Description Posted Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 4:00 AM OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers. Location: 6000 Fallard Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Pay: $17.65 per hour. Shift: Saturday through Friday, 3:30 AM to 7:30 AM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Job Purpose As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. You focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. Responsibilities Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes. Load trucks for deliveries. Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to stay on your feet while working. Ability to work in heat and cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse. Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions.
