Step into a dynamic operating room environment where you'll work alongside expert surgeons and clinical teams, gaining exposure to a variety of cases from general and trauma to neuro and robotics. Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
• On-call required
• One weekend per month rotation

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist in surgeries across a spectrum of specialties, including general, trauma, neuro, and robotic procedures
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring strict adherence to infection control standards
• Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesia teams for effective case flow
• Operate a range of surgical equipment, including DaVinci robotic systems
• Care for patient populations from pediatric through adult ages, adapting techniques as needed
• Accurately document procedures utilizing Epic EMR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Surgical Tech (scrub and trauma required)
• Neuro OR experience required
• Certified Surgical Tech (NBSTSA or NCCT, or grandfathered by experience)
• BLS certification required
• Comfortable with robotic (DaVinci) and advanced surgical technology
