Counter Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Warmly greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and orders in person.
• Professionally answer inbound phone calls, providing detailed product information and accurately processing orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office workspace.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
• Accurately enter and manage order details.

Counter Sales Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand comfortably for an entire 8-hour shift.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in an inside sales or counter sales capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for basic data entry and document creation.
