Office Manager

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive law firm in Sandy Springs, GA in their search for a skilled Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) opportunity that requires in‑office work. Since in‑office work is required, only candidates in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered. Responsibilities Manage all office administrative tasks on a daily basis. Ensure accurate management of accounting responsibilities, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries in QuickBooks. Assist with HR responsibilities, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining personnel files, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Requirements QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED . 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm. Experience managing office and administrative responsibilities. Ability to own the accounting process. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors. As required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
