Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the CVICU, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and manage life support equipment for critical care patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for care planning and improvement.
• Float between units and adapt to varied clinical environments as needed.
• Document patient care accurately in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington or Compact State.
• Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience required.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CCRN.
• Proficiency with the Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and block schedules.
• Experience with 1:1 and 1:2 patient ratios in a CVICU setting.
