Nursing Position – Skilled Nursing

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Days: Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation

Guaranteed Hours: 0, Contract Length: 52 weeks

Salary Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, 10% Salary Placement Fee

Provide patient care and support for individuals in a skilled nursing setting. Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

This position involves working in a 115 bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term and short-term rehab.
