We are a 100% privately owned, 24/7 emergency and urgent care provider looking for passionate doctors to join our growing team (we already have 10+ DVMs!). Whether you love the adrenaline of ER or the pace of Urgent Care, we offer a unique environment where medicine comes first. Our facilities are designed for excellence, featuring an Urgent Care center and a specialized 24/7 ER facility. We are a tech-forward practice utilizing AI scribing to reclaim your time, along with a full diagnostic suite: Snider critical care units, advanced ultrasound, digital X-ray, blood gases, coagulation testing, and anaesthetic ventilators. Our veterinarians are an active bunch and we invest in your wellness, including one on one wellness coaching, gym and massage. We put community and kindness first, we support everyone's individual personalities, whilst working together as a team. The Position & Culture We believe in supporting our doctors' individual medical interests. From exotics to advanced surgery, we provide the autonomy you deserve. Elite Support: We have a high concentration of CVTs because we invest in their training. Our entire team is RECOVER CPR trained. Specialist Access: We host on-site cardiology (Echos), mobile CT services, and traveling surgeons. Collaborative Environment: Our owner provides dedicated mentorship; we've helped doctors grow from new grads to confident surgeons. Growth: Opportunity for advanced wet labs (Viticus Group), ultrasound, and endoscopy training. True Work-Life Balance: We offer flexible scheduling with 12 hour shifts for ER and 10 hour for Urgent Care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $180,000+ Bonuses and additional overnight shifts and holiday pay. On-Site Housing: We provide a dedicated house for Veterinarians who would prefer to travel and stay over. Health Benefits: Life insurance, Medical insurance, Fear Free Practice, 401k. Qualifications DVM or VMD degree with a passion for Emergency or Urgent Care. A kind, community-oriented mindset with a love for client education.
